The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, we do not wash windows
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Payments Accepted

At Supreme Ventures we accept online Card payments, Due to COVID-19 we try to limit cash payments as much as possible, but if you are unable to pay with Card, then you can pay by Cash to one of our staff members by putting it in an envelope and leaving it in a visible place.

Cancellation Policy

At Supreme Ventures we accept Cancellations, but you will have to cancel via phone and also 24 hrs before your booking. If you do not cancel your appointment within the 24hrs you will be charged half your booking fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Supreme Ventures we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, this means that if you are not satisfied you will get your money 100% back no questions asked.
